A blues, gospel, and alternative hip hop vocalist and recording artist, she also plays piano, guitar, harmonica, and violin.  Ceaira has founded and manages e-comerce enterprises SweeettheMonk Media, Monx Market, Monx Men, and Sweeetbody Fitness which donate 10% of proceeds for prison and criminal justice reform.

While obtaining her bachelor's in Economics at the University of Maryland, College Park, she arose as an award-winning community activist. She has worked with Amnesty International, PIRG, and served as president of the NAACP- College Park Chapter and member of the NAACP - Prince Georges County Economic Development Committee.

While working in advertising for the International Documentary Association, she obtained her Master of Science in Arts Leadership from the University of Southern California. At USC she also studied Ballet, African Dance, and Theater.
